Roz is an Emmy® Award winning news photographer who has worked in the television industry since 1989, He honed his production skills while working for television stations throughout the Midwest which included KFVS-TV in Cape Girardeau, MO, WHBQ-TV in Memphis TN, KTVI-TV in St. Louis, MOand KPLR-TV in St. Louis, MO.
Daphne is an award winning, experienced communications professional who has worked as a journalist and public relations executive. As a print and broadcast reporter, she covered a variety of stories and issues that focused on education, civil rights, politics, the courts and breaking news. She began her public relations career at Fleishman-Hillard and worked in the global corporate communications departments at Monsanto, Bayer and Eli Lilly, focusing on media relations, reputation management, issue and crisis management, media training and executive communications. Daphne also has experience in political and educational PR.
Sylvia Franklin is a storyteller, firmly centered on themes exploring electric familial dysfunction. This WGA member enjoys the power and reach of both TV and film and has worked on creative teams that have produced over 200 hours of scripted TV. She’s also co-produced the award-winning indie film THINGS NEVER SAID (on Amazon). Sylvia has also worked as script coordinator for shows including ABC’s THE ROOKIE, SHOWTIME’s THE CHI, and FOX’s PRISON BREAK. Her credits include staff writer for NBC’s drama MEDICAL INVESTIGATION, writer on the critically acclaimed 2022 ABC limited series, WOMEN OF THE MOVEMENT and writer for the ABC drama, The Rookie.

Alpha Kappa Alpha is an international service organization and the oldest Greek-Letter organization established by African American college-educated women nearly 120 years ago. From script development to post video production, D2CM was professional, flexible and easy to work with. They captured every moment we asked for and then some, offering suggestions for improvement (which we gladly accepted) all along the way.
